Delivery & shipping information

We offer worldwide shipping.

Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 25 business days, not including customs processing times. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

For pre-order items, the estimated shipping timeframe will be specified on the product page.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Please note that these rates do not include additional charges such as import duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by local customs authorities. Such fees remain the responsibility of the customer.

Important: While we strive to meet our stated delivery times, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including high order volumes, severe weather, transportation issues, failed delivery attempts, or other unforeseen circumstances.

ÜBER is not responsible for any action and/or additional costs due to delays, customs processing time, damages, and lost or mis-delivered packages over which it has no control. Should these issues occur, you may directly contact our courier to file a dispute.

Refunds are only issued if you receive the wrong item or if an item is confirmed by über, Tim Baron & Alina Baron GbR to have a manufacturing defect.

Returned items must meet our return policy requirements and be sent back to our headquarters for quality inspection, which may take 1 to 3 business days upon receipt of your package. Customers will be notified by email if additional information is required before the refund can be processed.

Refunds will only be credited to the original method of payment used at checkout. Please note the following estimated processing times (actual times may vary depending on your payment provider or issuing bank):

Credit/Debit Cards – 3 to 14 business days
